Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs. Design the software application based on architecture and requirements. Write design/implementation documentation. Involve in coding, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software. Work with members of project teams to make certain specifications are satisfied Develop the technical aspects of our company's strategy Research any new technologies that may potentially increase our company's competitive advantage Monitor system infrastructure Ensure system infrastructure is functioning and working efficiently Reduce the risk of technological breaches Oversee any changes in system architecture Develop and implement networking safeguards

- Graduated from **TOP UNIVERSITY** specializing in **Information Technology**
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in product development as a Software Engineer
Skills
- Good English communication skill, Japanese language is an advantage
- Knowledge of technology trends & able to use current technological trends to build a business strategy
- Good knowledge of OOP and design patterns;
- Experience in using docker, kubernetes, CI, CD
- Experience in implementing large systems and Microservice
- Good logical thinking, knowledge of system architecture
- Strong coding with good performance, Experience in extending system
Education
- Give priority to candidates who graduated from High school for gifted school (especially HUS High School for Gifted Students, Amsterdam High School for the Gifted,…)
- Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Experience
- Previous work experience in a leadership position, as you will be working as both our technology and business expert
