Manage deployments and customer projects for LINAGORA in Vietnam. Represent the company in technical events, act as a bridge with parent company and international branches, contribute to Twake workplace, assign and oversee tasks of technical personnel, determine deliverables and roles, recruit and train employees, partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiency.

Skills
- Background in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Technical Manager/Solution Architect or similar role
- Project management experience; management of projects implementing open-source technologies is advantageous
- In-depth understanding of programming languages, Java, Mobile Flutter, Docker/Kubernetes container technologies
- Knowledge of various operating systems and databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, OpenSearch, S3, RabbitMQ, and Pulsar are a plus)
- Agile-Scrum methodology
- Understanding email protocols is a plus
- Efficient communication skills, strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good in English; French is a plus
- Love to share experiences, and contribute to user communities.
- Active participation in open-source communities
