Tech Lead - Nexus Insights - Full-Time - Remote Position

Skills
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing squads of 5+ engineers
- Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Redis, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- Strong proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React or Vue.js) and one back-end technology (Python [Flask/Django/FastAPI], Node.js)
- Expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- A deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, scalability challenges, and system complexity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence in English
