As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process for our point-of-care AI experience, currently in beta. You’ll take an early-stage product and iterate, refine, and elevate it into a best-in-class experience for clinicians. From shaping concepts to delivering workflows that providers can trust, you’ll set the design standard for one of our most ambitious launches.
You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated product trio—working alongside a Product Manager and Engineers—to ensure design is central to the product’s evolution and scalability.
This role blends craft, research, and strategy: you’ll design in Figma, experiment with vibe coding tools like Vercel and Bolt, run user sessions with providers, and translate research into intuitive, impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Iterate on Product in Beta: Refine and polish our AI point-of-care product to meet clinician needs and prepare it for broader adoption.
- Own End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from concept to delivery, creating cohesive experiences across the product.
- User Research & Validation: Conduct usability sessions and provider interviews to ensure your designs solve real-world clinical challenges.
- Prototype & Test: Rapidly prototype using Figma and vibe coding tools (Vercel, Bolt) to validate ideas efficiently.
- Creative AI Tools: Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflows, explore innovative directions, and streamline handoff to development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner within the product trio and across Marketing and Sales to align design decisions with product goals and market needs.
- Provider-Centered Thinking: Advocate for clinician needs across the organization, ensuring they guide product direction.

- End-to-End Product Design: 5+ years of experience designing and shipping products from concept to launch, preferably in SaaS or health tech.
- Research-Driven: Skilled at conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Figma & Design Systems: Proficient with modern design tools and workflows, including Figma, prototyping, and building design systems.
- Vibe Coding Tools: Comfortable using Vercel, Bolt, or similar tools to bring designs to life.
- Creative AI Tools: Familiar with AI-assisted design or rapid prototyping tools to accelerate workflows, explore new directions, and hand off to development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced working in product trios (Designer + PM + Engineers) and collaborating with Go-to-Market teams.
- Startup Mindset: Thrives in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for healthcare providers, EHRs, or clinical workflows.
- Ability to create lightweight front-end prototypes to test interactions.
- Expertise in interaction design for chat-based or conversational products.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both design craft and strategic problem-solving.

- Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base salary, plus equity and performance-based bonus.
