Experience
- Over 5 years of strong experience in end-to-end digital core banking projects
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in testing
Domain Expertise
- Familiarity with common practices and end-to-end processes of core banking businesses
- Project experience in core banking system migration is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in software testing, including test planning and execution
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools
- Deep understanding of and detailed planning for automation testing
- Familiarity with commonly used tools for automation testing
Communication & Leadership
- Able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing, listening, comprehension)
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead structured business discussions
