- **4+ years of experience with Python (Django)**

- **Strong fluency in the English language**
- **Has shipped and iterated multiple features**
- **University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent**
- **Deep understanding of Django**
- **Understanding design trade offs for a given architecture and selected py libraries**
- **Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application**
- **Able to integrate multiple data sources, custom code paths into one system**
- **Able to work individually and collaboratively as a team**
- **Strong data modeling, pytest, modular coding, and debugging skills**
- **AWS Lambda, Code Pipeline a plus**
