Project Manager for Agile/Scrum practices, responsible for guiding and coaching the team, organizing use of Agile/Scrum values, supporting Product Owner in refining product backlog.
Requisiti
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in Project Manager role.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
- Software development experience or insights.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum process in particular.
- Good skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, increasing transparency.
- Audience-aware communication skills that enable you to have technical discussions with developers as well as conversations with end-users who need to be more technically savvy.
- Good at spoken and written English or Japanese skills.
Education
- Project Management training/certification (i.e. PMP, CSM, Prince2) is preferred.
