Project Manager responsible for guiding teams, organizing Agile/Scrum practices, and ensuring project quality.

Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum process in particular.
- Good skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, increasing transparency.
- Audience-aware communication skills that enable you to have technical discussions with developers as well as conversations with end-users who need to be more technically savvy
- Project Management training/certification (i.e. PMP, CSM, Prince2) is preferred.
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in Project Manager role.
