- Proven experience in successfully launching products from concept to market adoption. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI, machine learning, or mobile applications, is a must.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly product features.
- Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems. Experience in conducting user research and gathering actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
