- Have business and economic mindsets, experience in developing and operating the game economy.

- Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Good knowledge of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
- Strong leadership skills, team-management skills and have an eye for detail.
- Have a passion in Metaverse/Blockchain/GameFi
