Lead and manage a team of business analysts, manage their work, and review their output to ensure the highest quality standards. Work closely with business stakeholders and the Project Manager to understand requirements and architect, design, and execute value-added solutions.

Experience
- Have experience in the early stages of a project as Business Analyst or Product owner.
Skills
- Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
- Good sense of UI/UX: You should have a good sense of UI/UX principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
- Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly. You should also be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Proficiency in English/Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
- Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
- Good knowledge of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
