- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in both front-end and back-end development is a plus.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Golang/Python and Microservices architecture.
- Adaptability to the DevOps culture.
- Knowledge of RESTful, gRPC, Kafka, caching, and unit testing.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field.
