- 3+ years of experience programming (professionally) in Go
- Experience building high-performance, distributed server applications

- Academic background in Computer Science or Software Engineering

- Experience designing developer-focused products
- Experience using React, GraphQL, TypeScript and other modern web technologies
- Experience in database internals, database administration or building data intensive systems
