- 10 years of experience as a Game Designer, including 3 years as a Lead Game Designer or similar role in a well-known gaming studio
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry

- Fluently in English
- Relevant certification in programming languages is a plus

- Portfolio of sample projects
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Video Game Designer is a plus
