- Proficient in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers, with the ability to inspire, manage effectively, and support team members’ growth.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable frontend architectures for large-scale applications.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical issues and provide optimal solutions.
- Experience in optimizing frontend performance, ensuring a fast and smooth user experience.
- Proficient in using Git for version control, with experience in branching strategies and managing codebases in a team environment.
- Familiar with testing libraries such as Jest, Chai, Mocha, React Testing Library, or similar tools to ensure code quality and stability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
