- Leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers, with the ability to inspire, manage effectively, and support team members’ growth.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deep understanding of core web technologies, including building responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible interfaces.
- Proficient in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical issues and provide optimal solutions.
- Familiar with testing libraries such as Jest, Chai, Mocha, React Testing Library, or similar tools to ensure code quality and stability.
