Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Industry, with at least 3 years in Project Leader/Manager cum Bridge Software/System Engineer.
- Team management experience, at least 3 members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a logical and analytical mindset.
- Strong technical skills in software/system engineering, with expertise in relevant programming languages, platforms, or tools.
Language
- At least Japanese N2 or equivalent level.
