- Ability to work at high velocity and learn extremely fast
- Practical understanding of how to leverage AI (and its current limitations)
- Minimum 2 years of experience building full-stack products

- Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
- Strong product taste and attention to detail
- Experience with infrastructure design and system scaling
- Experience with Python and/or React Native (Expo)
