We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our vibrant food and beverage establishment in Singapore 🇸🇬.

👨‍🍳 Prepare and cook menu items as assigned.
🧼 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food prep and service areas.
🔄 Stir, flip, or rotate foods to ensure they cook evenly.
🧂 Season and cook dishes according to established recipes.
👃👅 Check food for doneness using methods such as tasting, smelling, or using utensils.
🍽️ Arrange and plate food for service staff to distribute.
📊 Estimate expected food consumption and determine necessary ingredients.
📋 Coordinate with supervisors on menu planning and meal preparation.
📝 Keep accurate records and track expenses related to food preparation.
📏 Calculate the quantity of food needed for a given timeframe.
🛒 Order ingredients and supplies when stock is low.
🥢 Take customer orders and prepare meals to their specifications.
📦 Package food for servers or delivery personnel.
⚙️ Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
🧹 Maintain clean workstations and monitor cooking temperatures.
🤝 Support other cooks during busy periods or emergencies.
