- At least 1 year experience working with RoR
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, and related techstack.
- Strong knowledge of background processing using Sidekiq and Redis.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with AWS services, such as SES, SQS, and RDS.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
