Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for XNO trading platform and XNOQuant community.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- **2+ years of backend development experience (fintech/crypto/AI platforms is a plus).**
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Golang, or Python.
- Solid experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with message queues & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Familiar with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of system security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API Gateway.

- **Understanding of financial markets, trading systems, or quant research workflows.**
