Skills
- Excellent research skills: gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports.
- Mockup creation: experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients' needs and preferences.
- Good sense of UI/UX: principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
- Proficiency in English/Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
- At least 2 years of experience in product development as a Business Analyst or Product owner.
- Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
Education
- Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability of working independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime

- Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00
