We are seeking a skilled algorithm developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in heuristic algorithm development, proficiency in Python and SQL, and the ability to deploy algorithms in real-world production environments.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience writing efficient, production-grade code.
- Experience in deploying algorithms in a real-world production environment (e.g., cloudbased or on-premises applications).
- Knowledge of data structures, graph algorithms, and numerical optimisation techniques.
Skills
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Dask, or Spark) is a plus.
- Experience with modern software engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excited to work on LLM-based AI solutions, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new AI techniques.
Experience
- A strong GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or side projects related to algorithm development.
- Experience in retail optimisation, logistics, or supply chain problems
