To use AloMiniJob, you must meet the following requirements:
- Job seekers must be at least 15 years old or of legal working age in their jurisdiction.
- Employers must provide accurate company information when registering.
- Users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration
- Users must create an account to access services.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately if your account is used without permission.
- AloMiniJob may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
3. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant AloMiniJob a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it on the platform. Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal or harmful material
- Misleading or fraudulent content
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
4. Platform Use
- Job seekers may browse jobs, apply, and message employers.
- Employers may post jobs, access candidate databases (Premium), and message candidates.
- Do not use the platform for spamming or unauthorized advertising.

Job Seekers
- Free access to all job search and application features
Employer - Free
- Up to 3 job advertisements
- No candidate database access
- Limited messaging and search features
Employer - Premium ($19.99 / Month)
- Unlimited job postings
- Access to candidate database
- Messaging and search enabled
- Premium support and customizable background
All subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law.
6. Data & Privacy
Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials and devices.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or regulations
- Unauthorized access to other accounts
- Posting harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Interfering with platform functionality
9. Termination
AloMiniJob may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these TOS. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to obligations for subscription fees already incurred.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” AloMiniJob is not responsible for disputes between users and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these TOS from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on the site with the effective date.
12. Governing Law
These TOS are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AloMiniJob is registered. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
