Experience
- 10+ years in software engineering with at least 4+ years in a solution/technical architect role.
- Strong systems thinker with proven experience scaling SaaS or platform products.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on engineering background (Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, or similar).
- Excellent communicator able to translate complex technical ideas into actionable plans for engineers and stakeholders.
- Adaptable: comfortable stepping into an existing product environment, understanding trade-offs, and improving progressively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
