- Database & Architecture: Hands-on experience with distributed and NoSQL databases. Proficient in microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Skilled in using distributed caching technologies like Redis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to payment, finance, or accounting systems is a plus.
