Human Capital Management (HCM) Technical Support Engineer / Backend Support Engineer

Must Have
- Proven 3+ year of experience as a Back-End Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the following technologies: JavaScript, particularly NodeJS, HTML/CSS for web interface design and development, .NET framework and C# for backend development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Good English communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in adhering to SLAs and delivering high-quality service to customers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented mindset and dedication to delivering reliable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Ideally
- Graduated from top tech university such as (Bach Khoa, UIT, University of Science, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
